The Beginning

Agreement Insurance opened its doors in February 2023, the vision of Anthony Stanley, an insurance professional who had seen, up close, what a difference the right policy could make in a person's life. Anthony believed coverage should never feel transactional. It should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely understands what you're protecting and why.
That belief became the foundation of our agency: honest communication, real relationships, and coverage tailored to the actual lives behind the policies. But the deeper story behind that belief, the reason Anthony built this agency at all, belongs to someone else.

The woman who showed us what protection really means
Lisa Stanley, 1965-2023, in loving memory
In November 2023, Anthony's mother, Lisa Stanley, passed away after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. Lisa lived two callings: by day, a dedicated elected official serving her community; by night, a committed insurance agent helping families prepare for the unexpected. She understood something most people only learn in a crisis, that the right coverage, in place at the right moment, can quietly change a family's entire story.
Lisa's insight and encouragement lit a fire in Anthony. She saw insurance not as paperwork, but as a promise, a way to stand beside people during the hardest chapters of their lives. Her perspective reshaped how he understood the work, and her strength in facing her own battle showed him exactly what that promise was worth.
Today, Lisa's legacy is the heartbeat of Agreement Insurance.
